THE CALL LIST

If there is not a date that works for the clients and or guides due to booking schedules we utilize our call list to book short-notice hunts.

Generally, these hunts will be scheduled when there is a storm coming in, when birds get into our fields, decent wind forecasted, etc.

Time frame to be notified for one of these hunts can be from the night before we hunt to 7 days piror to the hunt.

The Fine Print
​
Deposit
A 50% deposit of total trip cost is required to reserve your hunt. Deposit due no later than 10 days from date of booking. Balance is due before or day of arrival prior to the hunt. Deposits are fully refundable if canceled 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your trip. No shows or failure to cancel before the allotted time frame will result in a forfeited deposit, no exceptions.

Cancellations​​
Deposits will be refunded if we can not mutually agree to reschedule to a date in the future.

Weather
We reserve the right to cancel due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your trip we will work with the client(s) to find a suitable date for a future hunt or a full refund.
